Settlement Checks Unlimited specializes in providing checks and deposit tickets specifically for the software you use in your business. In 1988, we began providing checks and supplies necessary to accommodate real estate settlements. Our initial expectations included providing services to those people in our local area but we have now expanded to providing services to customers across the country! We have also been able to add layouts for many different types of software so please contact us to see how we can provide for your specific needs.

Allison Mecadon
CEO & President
Allison took over the family business after her father, Karl Heeter, retired in 2015. She starting working in the business when she was in high school and learned from him the importance of always taking care of your customers and always continuing to improve your business. She is enjoying working with all of her dad's loyal customers and is working on expanding the business to include companies that use many other types of software in addition to Landtech. Allison strives to continue to give customers the same great customer service that her dad has over the years!
Karl Heeter
Founder
Karl founded Settlement Checks Unlimited back in 1988. He started this part of his business to help provide the products and services his Landtech customers needed to be successful! While serving his customers he often heard, "I need checks" and he responded to the need. Karl proudly served the community with a focus on unparalleled service, competitive prices, and overall value. Today, he serves as a business adviser to the family business.
